FGC-6H MKI/ MKI Hybid / MKII / MKIISD (1 on 1 airsoft replica) starter kit GBB airsoft FGC-9 replica
the moment is finally here. the FGC-6 now called FGC-6H is finally here after a lot of chances to replicate the FGC-9 as close as possible as a airsoft model is it finally here.
in case you want to read more about the FGC-6H and his side projects before you start building one. then look at the PDF: FGC6 project explained
this kit comes with a lot of options! so read the PDF’s well before you start so you know what to select to print and buy.
this project have been tested with green gas, red gas and HPA and it got a working range with the current springs of 80/90 up to 140 Psi on HPA.
look for shrouds and stock in the FGC-6H MKI or MKI collections

print settings:
0.2 layer hight should be fine.
you can use the 8 layer walls and a 40% infill.
but personally I moved a bit over to solid prints just to give it more strength in case things go wrong on the field…
for the lower I would use a brim on both the outside and inside the part just to prevent it from warping

there are 2 models for two type of drills one in 3mm and one in 4mm. the idea here is that this small piece can help with keeping the drill at the correct place.
just slide the bolt and this piece all the way forward and every thing should line up now. but do keep in mind that you did not flip the template upside down. it should be clear how it should go by looking at the image.

DIY-low-rail-mod
this set will have some low rails for the shrouds that I made in the past.
make sure the model you need is included! before you start modding!
and there is a drill templates that will help you drilling the holes in the right place.
I show here in this video how to update your older shrouds to the low rail version.

again to mount the low rail do you need , Flat Countersunk Head M3 Screws in a lengt of 14mm
drilling holes for your m3 bolts is best done with a 2,5mm drill bit.
in the future will there be more shrouds added with the low rail option but for now there are a view options out there.
but I'm not sure if I will be adding versions of the low rail version to my older designs...
in case you really like to see one of the older shrouds in a low rail version, let me know since that is a stronger and more easy way to do it. then this DIY version. this set is more made for in case you want to update a already 3d printed shroud.

I did do some looking around after I made this video. and it looks like the 3d nerf community use some silicone lubricant grease in the piston. so this is something I'm going to give a try. and might be a thing to want to look into your self. about the tube.. I have looked but I don't really like the sizes I see for them.. a max OD of 23mm should fit. and then try to have a thin of a wall as possible so the piston can be big as possible

spray-mount
this are mounts so you can easily mount your M-lok or picatinny rail items on. so it's more easy to hang them and spray paint them.
print settings:
0.2 layer hight should be fine.
you can use the 8 layer walls and a 40% infill.
but I would just use a solid print for this just so you on day don't drop a optic or something else that is heavy, also there is less chance that you crush the mount once it's solid.

T15-lower-UAL
I have updated to a V2022 version this version should take out the barrel wobble.

this is the UAL version of the T15 “lower” so this means more parts to reprint in case you already have the standard FGC68TE.
but this does make it a direct feed with your T15 V2 mags so you can use them to shoot first strike rounds. if you have TCR or a TiPX long range kit or something in that nature…
it’s also possible to use the V1 magazines but the 2 screws on the top of the mag are in the way. so if you don’t mind making a small mod to your breach block then it should work fine
in case you have just a regular TIPX breach block for round ball use then you can still use this set. just keep in mind that you can’t use first strike rounds in that case.

TURN ON: Print Tiny walls! I did my best, but it was really time consuming to make it totally solid in the inside... so some walls are tiny depending on the scale you make it in. so check your preview fist in you slicer, Before printing!
I have made a 1/6 scale these can be used for like those action figures that use the 1/6 scale weapons.
wall thickness 4, infill 20% should be more than enough. but use your own judgment on it
for the promoting the FGC9 it would be nice so see some fun time laps movies of this. or some crazy colours! be creative with it. or use the 1/6 action figures.
put it out there.

the 700PSI is a rough estaminet it could be more or less so long you get that a paintball air tank of 3000 PSI or 4500 PSI. is not literally out putting that pressure into a paintball marker... that would be catastrophic and there are safety valves build in to prevent that from happing.
any ways back to the test. I had a hard time seeing things of find any info about this. but I did see some videos about people making miniature compressed air powered engine motors. so they might use different settings / materials / lower pressures? I mean , to be short about it it did not explode or anything. but it did leak all over the place... but it might be a starting point for some one to see what I did wrong and what could be done differently.
