How important is sleep to health? How to lose weight without exercise, why sleep is more important than food and exercise. In our modern world of go go go sleep and rest has been put on the back burner, with phrases like I will sleep when I'm dead or rest later being standard practice. Many today choose not to make sleep a priority; by doing so, many are paying a steep price. Most individuals would see a vast improvement in productivity and in overall health if they simply took sleep seriously.

I really enjoy working with wrestlers I believe it is a great foundational sport. They emphasize the importance of training that doesn't interfere with performance and suggest exercises like the Turkish get up and heavy bag holds.
