Pepperoni Chips:
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Lay pepperonis on perforated pan.
3. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Tuna Melts:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Bake cheese slices on parchment paper for 5 minutes.
3. Filling: Mix together 1 can tuna, 3 tbsp mayo, & salt to taste. *Optional ingredients: add 1 tsp white vinegar + 1 tsp yellow mustard
4. Add tuna mix to corner and fold
5. Bake another 5 minutes on the broiler setting.
Egg Bites:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together 3 eggs, 1/4c heavy whipping cream, 1/4c cheese, ~6 oz crumbled pork sausage
3. Grease muffin tin with fat of choice (lard, tallow, butter, etc.) and fill 3/4 with filling.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
