Pepperoni Chips:
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Lay pepperonis on perforated pan.
3. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Tuna Melts:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Bake cheese slices on parchment paper for 5 minutes.
3. Filling: Mix together 1 can tuna, 3 tbsp mayo, & salt to taste. *Optional ingredients: add 1 tsp white vinegar + 1 tsp yellow mustard
4. Add tuna mix to corner and fold
5. Bake another 5 minutes on the broiler setting.
Egg Bites:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together 3 eggs, 1/4c heavy whipping cream, 1/4c cheese, ~6 oz crumbled pork sausage
3. Grease muffin tin with fat of choice (lard, tallow, butter, etc.) and fill 3/4 with filling.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.

(RECIPES BELOW) Hi lovely people, follow along as I show you how to make this delicious crowd pleaser, but Carnivore style! These deviled eggs are fit for any party - OR- use this recipe for your next meal rotation! As always I appreciate you sticking with me in this journey! ☺️
Homemade Mayo
- (1tsp) White Vinegar
- (1/4c) Fat (You can use duck fat, lard, or tallow)
- (2) Egg Yolks at room temperature
- Pinch of Salt
1. Combine all ingredients (except the fat) into a bowl
2. Utilize an emulsion blender - or - food processor, to mix ingredients together.
3. Begin adding small amounts of fat into the overall mix.
*Caution* do not add the entire portion of fat into your mix at a single time. It's crucial to take your time blending this step in order to achieve the whipped mayo texture
*Storage* keep final contents within a glass jar and refrigerate and. use within 4 days.
Deviled Eggs
- (7) Hard boiled eggs
- (3tbsp) mayo
- (1 tsp) yellow mustard
- (1 tsp) white vinegar
1. Separate cooked yolks from cooked whites. Mash the cooked yolks.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix.
3. Scoop/pipe filling into the egg whites.
Feel free to make this recipe yours to adjust by adding additional seasonings. Enjoy!

TIME STAMPS BELOW: Let's stay on track this Christmas Season. In preparation for the holiday festivities, I'm sharing with you a new recipe each day this week (12/12 - 12/16) that in combination will make an entire dinner! Day five, we make zero carb, zero sugar Tiramisu Dessert! Follow along for directions and as always, feel free to make this your own and tweak this to be as strict as you prefer if you're on the Carnivore/Keto Diet!
Carni Friendly "Tiramisu" Ingredients:
Creamy First Layer
- 3 eggs / separate yolks from whites
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Coffee/Whiskey Layer
- 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp finely ground coffee
- 1 tbsp whiskey
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk your egg yolks before adding in the Mascarpone cheese.
2. Continue mixing while adding in your 2 c heavy whipping cream, then set aside momentarily
3. In a separate bowl, whip your egg whites into stiff peaks.
4. Combine whipped egg whites with mixture, then give it another mix until you achieve a thick consistency.
5. Add this mixture into a piping bag.
6. Begin second layer by mixing 1 c heavy whipping cream, finely ground coffee, and whiskey of choice.
7. Mix ingredients until you achieve a thick consistency, then add this mixture into a piping bag.
8. For assembly, alternate between piping bags to create layers in your select glass container.
- optional step - sprinkle finely ground coffee on top of your dessert
*Storage: Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
