Practice on your own initially, start with following sensations that you feel for 5 minutes, gradually building up to 10, 15, 20 - 30 minutes as your capacity increases.

Advanced practice, to feel a part of your internal body (i.e feet or hands) while in connection to another person (or a cat or dog will suffice if you want to start gently) - notice what it is like to be in connection with another while being more deeply rooted in yourself.
