As well as other parasites, Planaria has been bugging aquarists for a really long time. If you found this video, you most likely have these little buggers in your aquarium. Planaria Trap is one of the methods that should solve this issue and whether it really works efficiently you'll find in the video.
In today's species spotlight video we will take a closer look to a very special rasbora. Sundadanio axelrodi a.k.a Neon Blue Rasbora is very peaceful and active fish suitable for variety of aquariums. It may be especially good choice for Aquascapers, or other fish keepers that like these type of nano fish, but want something a bit more special than regulars in the hobby like for example neon or cardinal Tetras.

It is not that long time ago we had an honor to welcome Dr. David Pool in our Late Night Talk, however, we did not cover one of the topics that is very "hot" right now - taking our fish outside for summer. So in today's episode we will cover the benefits and risks of having outdoor tub or pond and there will also be a space for questions as well.
Dr. David Pool:
"I studied Zoology at the University of Liverpool, specialising in Freshwater Fisheries Biology. This was followed by 3 years studying the diseases of carp and other freshwater fish. My next 25 years were spent working for Tetra, the global market leading aquatics company. Initially this involved running the Tetra Information Centre, which provided advice and guidance to fishkeepers on any concerns they may have about their fish. I then had positions in marketing and selling Tetra products, before becoming the Managing Director of the UK business for 10 years."
Dr David Pool is an Author of 3 books and 250 articles about aquarium and pond keeping and in this episode we will cover topic of Fish Coloration, Fish Diet, Fishscience unique products and the background of this amazing company. In case that these topics interest you, prepare your questions, and I hope to see you in the chat!

When I have originally moved into new apartment I have bought new simple rack from Ikea that I have been for past 6 months using as my fish rack. During the hustle with moving I did not really have time to do adjustments I wanted and also did not have time to film almost nothing from the entire process. However, this will now change and I will take you guys through entire remodelling of my fish rack, that is super simple & cheap. In today's video I will introduce you to the entire project and focus mostly on sealing the wood to make it water resistant and also reducing the noise of air pumps I use to run my sponge filters.

The amount of dissolved oxygen in our aquarium is very important for healthy life of our aquarium creatures and it should be at least 8mg/L of water. In past week I have observed my juvenile guppies gasping for air in Aquarium that was ran by hang on back filter and this has not been happening in any other aquarium with sponge filter. In today's Vlog I will be testing what is the difference in levels of dissolved oxygen in aquariums with hang on back filters and sponge filters and I will also test if and how Oxydator (with hydrogen peroxide) influence these values.
