Cucumber and pineapple salad | Healthy Easy Salad | Salad for Biryani
This vibrant salad has a balance between sweetness, sourness, saltiness and crunchiness of walnuts. Pair it with briyani to add a refreshing taste. Ingredients: 3 Cucumber (sliced) ½ Pineapple (cut into small chunks) 1 Big onion (sliced ) 1 Red chili (chopped)
Mix the 3 ingredients below and add to the salad: 1 tbsp Lemon juice ½ tsp Raw sugar ½ tsp Salt
This is a totally a new attempt to use Lotus Biscoff biscuits to make no bake cheese tart. This dessert is quite special because no eggs, gelatin and whipping cream were used. Instead of whipping cream, white chocolate is melted and added to the cheese to give it a thick consistency.

I have always been amazed by how the pulp of the passion fruit seems solid when it is adhered to the shell, but once you scoop it out, it becomes watery with a mix of sweet and sour taste, making it a perfect addition to my cheesecake. I used the passion fruit juice (without seeds) in my cheesecake filling and it perfectly complemented the date-pecan-hazelnut crust. The mini cheesecakes were so delicious that everyone in my family had two at once.

Hi everyone, this is my first video on Korean food. My daughter is a huge fan of Korean dramas and she raves about how delicious Korean foods look in the dramas. After much persuasion from my daughter, we went to a Korean restaurant and tried a variety of Korean foods like Kimbap, Bibimbap, Kimchijeon, Tteokbokki and Sundubu Jjigae. They were so delicious and made us crave for more. My daughter loved the Kimchijeon/Kimchi Pancakes a lot. It was crispy on the edges and soft on the inside with crunchy Kimchi. She wanted to try making it at home with me. The version we made is different from the one we tried in the restaurant. We included prawns and made them mini-sized. Hope you will like it!
