In another major development, Fox News owner and fellow billionaire Rupert Murdoch has tweeted that the Republican Party should coalesce around Donald Trump quickly if he is the nominee. “As predicted, Trump reaching out to make peace with Republican “establishment”. If he becomes inevitable party would be mad not to unify.” The landmark announcement means Fox has finally realized that the war with Trump must come to an end. Murdoch tweeted earlier this week that Republicans should: “close ranks to fight real enemy.” Bottom line: despite the fact that tonight’s debate could turn out to be a rematch between Trump and Megyn Kelly the politically savvy expect a much more respectful debate this evening with huge ratings. Holding my breath. I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.
Hillary Clinton’s years of lies thinly covered by her illegal at-home email server are rapidly coming apart thanks to yesterday’s testimony by FBI Director James Comey.
The situation was revealed to be so serious that Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan has written a letter to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper asking if Mrs. Clinton and her top aides will be allowed access to classified briefings after her nomination.
“It would send the wrong signal to all those charged with safeguarding our nation’s secrets if you choose to provide her access to this information despite the FBI’s findings.”
Yesterday’s hearings were not only damning to the former Secretary of State but to the Director of the FBI as well.
[insert Lawyers]
No, her intent was to be sure that everything that could be politically embarrassing, or worse, criminal – was removed.
[insert Gowdy & Comey]
I don’t believe that. Her attorney’s primary mission was not to look for work-related emails. Their primary mission was to keep Clinton out of jail. That meant Clinton Foundation stuff would be the primary thing. I don’t think even classified material would be a higher priority for them. They had to read them. Impossible that they did not.
[insert Classified Marking]
This is utter nonsense. He is stretching so far to excuse her behavior, it’s beyond belief. Now this next guy is how an intelligence profession responds to questions.
[insert NSA Guy]
However, according to today’s Wall Street Journal, several national security experts say it will be virtually impossible to stop Mrs. Clinton from getting her hands on additional classified material – and even designating members of her staff who will have access as well.
According to Anthony Cordesman, former Pentagon director of intelligence assessment:
“If the president wants to give clearances to somebody, well guess what, they are the commander-in-chief.”

This video is about 1581 - US Cyber Took Down Korean Missile Test
This is a big tech story. We can now hack into a North Korean missile and make it go into its internal destruct sequence? Wow!
I still maintain that it would have been better if China had done it to follow along with their other forceful actions to bring pressure to bear on North Korean dictator Tiny Kim. But perhaps there were security concerns, or perhaps the Chinese just lacked the sophistication that the NSA had and we weren’t about to give it to them.
In any case now, this story is cracking wide open. Sunday morning Dr. Sebastian Gorka, President Trump’s Special Asst. Advisor, would neither confirm or deny the story, but he happily told Maria Bartoromo on Fox Business that the US is doing amazing cyber work:
[insert Gorka]
The implication? Yeah, we did it.
Then former CIA Senior Defense analyst, Col. Tony Schaffer went on Fox News this morning with a few more details.
[insert Col. Schaffer]
Then Fox host, Brian Kilmead asked Col. Schaffer about other advanced technologies that the US has in its arsenal – one the deep penetrator bomb, and then a technology which he refers to as “microwave” but I think he’s talking about the opposite end of the radio frequency spectrum – ULF- ultra-low frequency – that can bring all electronics to its knees.
[insert Brian]
But there are other weapons technologies which are in advanced R&D status which are coming to fruition as well that could have been responsible for the Korean missile takedown, but we’ll save that for our next report.

A day after Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad, said that he hopes Ted Cruz does not win the Iowa Caucuses 10 days from now, former Senator Bob Dole said this morning that Ted Cruz would be worse for the Republican Party than Donald Trump.
The 92-year-old Dole told the New York Times that Cruz could not govern effectively if he won because he has made so many enemies in Washington.
"I don't know how he's going to deal with Congress. Nobody likes him."
“[Trump, could] probably work with Congress, because he's - you know, - he's got the right personality and he's kind of a deal-maker.”
But Dole thinks Cruz would have little chances of victory in the general election.
"If he's the nominee, we're going to have wholesale losses in Congress and state offices and governors and legislatures.”
Dole sees Hillary Clinton as a beatable opponent:
"I think she'd be a pretty easy target in the general, if we nominate the right person. If (Cruz) does it, I think she'll win in a waltz."
I’m still reporting from Daytona Beach. That’s why you haven’t seen many reports today. Same for tomorrow. Good day.

Good morning, I’m still reporting on a Lawsuit To Restore the Power of The Bank of Canada to Create Sovereign Money
Good evening, I’m still reporting on the economy.
Dec. 7 in the United States is Pearl Harbor Day – the day that commemorates the Japanese sneak attack on the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii on Dec. 7, 1941 where 2403 Americans lost their lives.
But in Canada this coming Dec. 7th – six days from today, the next phase in the fight to re-constitute the Bank of Canada will be heard at the Federal Court of Appeal, 180 Queen Street West in Toronto.
What’s at issue here? In 1935, during the depths of the Great Depression, the Bank of Canada was set up to lend money to the government for infrastructure projects, such as the Saint Lawrence Seaway and the Trans-Canada highway – AT NO INTEREST.
This is THE most important function of a national central bank. Why? Because then the government avoids paying interest on money they would otherwise have to borrow on the commercial market – known as the National Debt – but in addition, they take back control over the quantity of money in the system.
We will be covering this story whenever there is a new development so first of all, let’s take a look at a very informative recent interview the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation did with the lead attorney in this suit, Rocco Galati.

Obviously, the ISIS folk want us to fear them. They want us to hate them.
However, if true, this story must be told.
According to the Facebook page of the Iraqi resistance group, “Mosul Eye”, sharia judges have ruled that ISIS followers were authorized to kill infants with downs syndrome and other disabilities. Reportedly 38 children between one week old and 3 months of age have been killed.
The source is a normally reliable Iraqi resistance group called the Mosul Eye. They report about once a month on their blog on the worsening conditions in this major city in far northern Iraq that was seized by ISIS on June 10, 2014.
At that time nearly a third of the city’s population of 1.8 million fled the advancing ISIS forces.
Today, Turkish, Iraqi and Iraqi Kurdish forces have cut a major supply line into Mosul in anticipation of an upcoming offensive to retake the city – one expected to be very bloody.
However, today, Turkish forces have withdrawn after Iraqi threats.
So, the suffering in Mosul goes on in unspeakable ways. This from the Mosul Eye’s Nov. 16th post:
“ISIL is using every way possible to collect taxes from the Mosulis, daily executions and daily limb amputations of the innocent, apprehensions and detentions, torture and violations in prisons, and with all that, ISIL is trying to paint a Utopian image of Mosul under its rule.
“My brothers and sisters, my sons and daughters, I beg you to think this time with an open mind, with the whole world and future in mind. Every extra day ISIL stays in Mosul means death of a brother, a son, a cousin, a friend, a blood relative, a lover of yours.”
These people long for freedom. This is an example of how hard freedom is to recover once it is lost:
“We say be patient and are a little more, for Freedom is always priceless….
“…you say it out loud that you want to be free, for Freedom requires some sacrifices, and those sacrifices are temporary.
“Freedom is very near my people, and we all will celebrate in plazas of Mosul, and we will dance, just hold on a little bit more.
“Winter is biting on the poor … and their endurance has reached unbearable limit. I tell you ‘Freedom is very near.’”

Apple CEO Tim Cook, in a letter posted yesterday entitled, “A Message to Our Customers”, says the Obama Administration has demanded that Apple build in a back door to its highly-effective encryption system so that law enforcement can more effectively counter terrorism.
This is a classic case of giving up liberty for security.
Fortunately, Apple told the government, No. No one knows how the administration will react, so Cook is reaching out to the public for support for whatever reaction may come.
“For many years, we have used encryption to protect our customers’ personal data because we believe it’s the only way to keep their information safe. We have even put that data out of our own reach, because we believe the contents of your iPhone are none of our business.”
“When the FBI has requested data that’s in our possession, we have provided it. Apple complies with valid subpoenas and search warrants, as we have in the San Bernardino case. We have also made Apple engineers available to advise the FBI, and we’ve offered our best ideas on a number of investigative options at their disposal.”
“ But now the U.S. government has asked us for something we simply do not have, and something we consider too dangerous to create. They have asked us to build a backdoor to the iPhone.”
“Specifically, the FBI wants us to make a new version of the iPhone operating system, circumventing several important security features, and install it on an iPhone recovered during the investigation. In the wrong hands, this software — which does not exist today — would have the potential to unlock any iPhone in someone’s physical possession.”
“Building a version of iOS that bypasses security in this way would undeniably create a backdoor. And while the government may argue that its use would be limited to this case, there is no way to guarantee such control.”
“We can find no precedent for an American company being forced to expose its customers to a greater risk of attack. For years, cryptologists and national security experts have been warning against weakening encryption. Doing so would hurt only the well-meaning and law-abiding citizens who rely on companies like Apple to protect their data.”
Then Cook makes what is probably THE most important point in this cyber drama:
“Criminals and bad actors will still encrypt, using tools that are readily available to them.”
Right! It’s just like those who want to take away guns – they only take them away from the law-abiding public – the criminals will get them anyway.
The biggest problem that Cook exposes is that Obama is willing to force Apple to write this hack through an executive order, instead of going through Congress.
“Rather than asking for legislative action through Congress, the FBI is proposing an unprecedented use of the All Writs Act of 1789 to justify an expansion of its authority.”
“The government would have us remove security features and add new capabilities to the operating system, allowing a passcode to be input electronically. This would make it easier to unlock an iPhone by “brute force,” trying thousands or millions of combinations with the speed of a modern computer.”
“The implications of the government’s demands are chilling. If the government can use the All Writs Act to make it easier to unlock your iPhone, it would have the power to reach into anyone’s device to capture their data.”
“The government could extend this breach of privacy and demand that Apple build surveillance software to intercept your messages, access your health records or financial data, track your location, or even access your phone’s microphone or camera without your knowledge.”
At this point, knowing President Obama’s proclivities, I would not trust anything he wants to do. Tim Cook says Apple will oppose the order. He doesn’t specify whether this means a government lawsuit, or worse, a criminal indictment. But Apple needs our support. They are the only major Telecom who has not given in to building in backdoors in the past.
“Opposing this order is not something we take lightly. We feel we must speak up in the face of what we see as an overreach by the U.S. government.”
“We are challenging the FBI’s demands with the deepest respect for American democracy and a love of our country. We believe it would be in the best interest of everyone to step back and consider the implications.”
“While we believe the FBI’s intentions are good, it would be wrong for the government to force us to build a backdoor into our products. And ultimately, we fear that this demand would undermine the very freedoms and liberty our government is meant to protect.”

According to this morning’s edition of Counter Jihad,
[insert]
reporter Paul Sperry writes that the Orlando terrorist who had pledged allegiance to ISIS, had a security clearance and had worked for a major Dept. of Homeland Security contractor that provides secure transportation services for the most dangerous illegals crossing the southern border, as well as security guards for:
“90% of U.S. nuclear facilities.”
Omar Mateen, the Afghan-American who killed at least 50 at an Orlando gay nightclub yesterday, held two firearms licenses and a security officer license, and had been employed since 2007 by G4S Secure Solutions USA, Inc., a branch of Wackenhut Corp.
According to Counter Jihad, G4S also has a $234 million contract with DHS to provide secure transportation services for illegals.
“G4S uses fortified buses to transport hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from city to city and from cities to the U.S.-Mexican border.”
“But earlier this month, Judicial Watch revealed G4S has been quietly moving and releasing van loads of illegal aliens away from the border to interior American cities.”
“The immigrants were classified as OTMs — Other Than Mexican — and included mostly Central American illegals but possibly also foreign border-crossers from the Middle East and Pakistan.”
Security experts have identified OTM’s as the most worrisome group entering the U.S. illegally across the southern border because they are the most likely group to contain ISIS-trained operatives..
One of Mateen’s jobs was to help transport and guard state and local prisoner youths in Florida. According to Counter Jihad:
“… he continued to guard prisoners despite reports he openly praised ISIS in conversations with co-workers, and even though he had been under federal investigation for terrorism ties since at least 2013.”
According to this morning’s Washington Free Beacon:
“Mateen was interviewed by the FBI in 2013 and 2014 for possible terror connections, but he was found not to be a threat.”
Despite that, according to the Free Beacon, Mateen purchased the assault rifle used in the killings legally in recent days.
According to Counter Jihad, G4S also has other federal contracts with the General Services Administration to supply:
“…guards … court security officers, [and] baggage handlers … in contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars.”
