THE ROCKWALL CITY COUNCIL SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE GOVERNMENTAL BUREAUCRACIES THAT CAN CREATE PARENTAL ALIENATION
The month of April is Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month, and April 25, 2022, was Parental Alienation Awareness Day. Kevin Fowler, the mayor of Rockwall, signed the following proclamation on behalf of the city on behalf of Parental Alienation Awareness Day.
To help spread awareness of the issue of parental (or even grandparent alienation) and to acknowledge my gratefulness to Mayor Fowler, I went to six different places in Rockwall to briefly discuss the issue of parental alienation. I hope you watch and comment on them all.
ROCKWALL, TEXAS, PROCLAMATION
Whereas, parental alienation deprives children of their right to love and be loved by both parents and by their whole family; and
Whereas, parental alienation can be very emotionally and mentally damaging to a child; and
Whereas, behaviors such as speaking negatively about a parent to, or in front of a child, can destroy the bond between a loving parent and a child; and
Whereas, awareness of this issue creates education and understanding to better the lives of children in our community; and
Whereas, the month of April is Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month, and parental alienation is considered to be a form of child psychological abuse.
Now, Therefore, I, Kevin Fowler, Mayor of the City of Rockwall, do hereby proclaim April 25, 2022, as
PARENTAL ALIENATION AWARENESS DAY
in the City of Rockwall, and call upon all citizens to join others in blowing "Bubbles of Love" to symbolize that "as bubbles flow freely, so should the natural love that a child has for both parents and both sides of their family."

Director and Author Emma Johnson is a self-proclaimed progressive feminist. As such, the stereotype is that she would want the scales of justice weighted in her favor in child custody cases.
However, in her mind, gender equality demands equal shared parenting. To her, equal shared parenting is best not only for children, but for fathers and mothers. Anything less than equal shared parenting undermines the idea of gender equality. Her goal is to use her talents to change culture so that culture embraces the idea of gender equality and so that laws and courts reflect gender equality.
A rebuttable presumption of equality eliminates conflict and fighting, yet it also reduces the money that lawyers make through fostering conflict and fighting. This negative impact on the attorney fees they charge is the reason "family" lawyers are the number one group against equal shared parenting - even though anecdote and over 100 peer-reviewed social research studies support the idea that equal shared parenting is generally in the best interest of fathers, mothers, and children.

Benjamin Redic says that society - and our military in particular - need to support marriages to help them survive and thrive. One of the first things we should do is void, repeal, or change unilateral no-fault divorce. Perhaps marriage counseling should be mandated. Perhaps attorneys should have limited involvement - or NOT be involved at all - at least not until the after required counseling is finished.
We also need to remind churches about the importance of marriage and defending marriage, something that too many churches appear to have forgotten.
When we as a society and church do not support marriage, we do not support family formation, we inflict great damage on people, we do a grave disservice to families, and we sin against children and grandchildren.

PROTECTIVE ORDER ABUSE AND ANTI-FAMILY COURT
Recently I went to a court to be a court watcher for a disabled Marine whose wife had filed a false, frivolous, and malicious protective order against him. It appears that she was having an affair and used "no-fault divorce" as a way to get what she wanted - and then filed a false and malicious protective order so that she could, in my opinion, keep up the facade to ease a guilty conscience or to make herself look better in the eyes of others.
Protective orders carry criminal consequences and can ruin a person's life, and anti-family courts are often very biased, unjust, and capricious in handing out protective orders - even if there is scant or no evidence of any need for one. He was able to get the hearing postponed for a couple of weeks so that he could obtain counsel.
In the meantime, his ex-wife came to his house - I believe while he was in court - and took everything he had. If this is indeed what happened, she used the protective order to rob him.
After his hearing, I spoke with a person who works for the district attorney's office who provided some help for the disabled Marine. The individual seemed to acknowledge the malicious ways protective orders are used NOT to seek protection, but to further hurt or destroy someone. Yet even when they are used in such a way, the accuser seldom - if ever - faces any consequences for his or her perjury. The only person who pays is the innocent person.
In order to protect him and the Marine and to help anonymize the events, I edited out references to names of people.

The people have a right to know what the government that they have entrusted with authority is doing to keep public officials accountable and to help ensure that government actors are not abusing their authority. Insisting on freedom of information is one issue that people from across the political spectrum agree upon so that our liberties and free and responsible society are preserved.

This first video gives the findings of the court with regard to the reason for the #SaveJames Lawsuit.
I had to wait until I received the ruling that 255th District Court Judge Kim Cooks made on #SaveJames case. Even though I and others had attended the entire trial, we were barred from the courtroom on the day that Judge Cooks made her ruling. But now have the unofficial written ruling, I am free to comment on it, provide my observations from the trial, and critique the laws, policies, and procedures that could have led to the future chemical castration of a seven-year-old boy.
The prospect of such a fate for an innocent child shocked the conscience of a nation--and not merely our own nation, but other nations as well. As shocked as people were due to the egregious nature of the actions that James could have undergone, few people have commented on how the Texas (anti-) Family Code permits and enables such a result. Combined with the practices of divorce attorneys and judges, the lack of constitutional protections in family courts, and the willful ignorance of the practices of the courts and unwillingness to confront constitutional violations by our governor and others in positions of authority, families are being destroyed DAILY--so that the family destruction industry can continue.

On August 7, 2021, I was able to participate in an Equal Parenting Awareness Rally at Mountain View College in Dallas, Texas. My approach to the issue was to make an appeal on behalf of grandparents who are often unjustly deprived of a relationship with their grandchildren.
Children need both parents - preferably in the same home and in an intact family. Children also need their grandparents, who provide a different type of love and benefits that parents can't provide - until they themselves become grandparents.
The next Equality for Children Rally in Dallas will take place in Klyde Warren Park, 2012 Woodall Rogers Freeway, Dallas, Texas, on November 6, 2021, from 10 AM to 4 PM. We hope to see you there!
