PSALM 91
Security of the One Who Trusts in the Lord.
1He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand].
2I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!”
3For He will save you from the trap of the fowler,
And from the deadly pestilence.
4He will cover you and completely protect you with His pinions,
And under His wings you will find refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and a wall.
5You will not be afraid of the terror of night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
6Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction (sudden death) that lays waste at noon.
7A thousand may fall at your side
And ten thousand at your right hand,
But danger will not come near you.
8You will only [be a spectator as you] look on with your eyes
And witness the [divine] repayment of the wicked [as you watch safely from the shelter of the Most High].
9Because you have made the Lord, [who is] my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10No evil will befall you,
Nor will any plague come near your tent.
11For He will command His angels in regard to you,

Covid19 has separated friends, family, parties etc.
With the rave of Zoom, FaceTime and Whatsapp nothing can replace the fist bump. The physical element is much more nuanced, it brings feelings into the presence. There is no webcam that can transfer feeling and tears dont count.
What is the difference?
1. Physical is REAL.
2. Virtual is Captioned.
3. Physical is touchy, catchy, feely
4. Virtual is Flat
5. Physical is Good for social adjustment
6. Virtual is Good for background checks
Is the choice Binary? NO!
Physical & Virtual should be juxtaposed with Loneliness and Seclusion.
How to safely connect while respecting social distancing-
1. Roadside picnics
2. Parking lot parties
3. Movie Sharing
4. Socially distant meetups
5. Gift exchanges
6. Letter writing (Santiser included)
7. Reading to each other
8. Virtual story time
9. Vlogging
10. Podcasting
11. Go Social mingling.

Lets put things into perspective.
1. We understand the amount of people who die of Covid is very small compared to the birth and death rates of Kenya & The World.

10 Good things we have learnt from Covid19.
Here they are..
1. We are all the same. Rich, Colour, Race country or creed.
2. The Govt is not the Solution - YOU ARE!!! The govt offers guidance but the compliance but you are the solution by compliance.

4. Covid19 impacts the Same but effects are different: It steals your health, kills your loved ones and destroys your livelihood. Be Kind, don’t stigmatise , physical health is great but mental health leaves scars on the inside. Dont hate..
5. Make new Friends = don’t live in an Echochamber extend your circle of friends, extend your circle of opinions and extend your view. You will be surprised.
6. Things are going to get tougher before it gets better But together we will make it and rebuild and return our nation back.
7. Covid19 is not a life sentence, death sentence or criminal sentence..it will pass. You don’t get it for life.
8. Treat Covid19 as you would the Devil.. you know..
9. Love your neighbour as your self, give them support:- food, funds and facemasks ?
10. God is Watching you to reward you. Your actions, intent and motivation need a conscience not a publicity stunt.
