Repair of "no stereo" symptom on marantz 2245.
19khz transformer in potted 19/38khz transformer pack opened. This prevented the 19khz stereo pilot signal from getting to the doubler and getting rectified for the switching transistors that switches from mono to stereo.
Sourced some transformers from a parts board, tuned them and we're good to go.
It pays to have a junk yard.
