2012/2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650 oil change - the easy way without removal of fairings
filter and oil change on Kawasaki Ninja 650
Tools needed:
drain plug - 17 mm socket
3/8" ratchet
2" 3/8" extension
front sprocket cover bolts - 8 mm "long" socket
oil filter "cup" is a Toyota style part number W54118 from Performance Tool
Correct oil filter from local source or Kawasaki (A Mobile1 M1-110 will fit - use at own risk)
10w40 - 2 Quarts ( you will have a little left over )

Sad part is the person looked right at me before changing lanes. I think it was just a case of target fixation. While they saw around me, they didn't see the bike or me. I guess I have some super cloaking technology that even I'm not aware of.
Had I been in a car, this would have been an accident, luckily I was on the bike so I had room to maneuver and did so. Another case of look twice, save a life.
