Hey Everyone, welcome I'm so happy to have you joining me for these fitness and stretching techniques that I have personally aided in healing my body, through injuries and pain management. In the first segment of 13 We're began with the base and root Chakra, consisting of full leg stretches and lower back stretches. In our week 2 stretching session we focus on stretching the lower back and hips/ upper glutes. Follow along with me and enjoy these exercises that have personally helped my heal from several shoulder dislocations, tendonitis, and lower back muscle knots - which led to mobility and pain management issues. Last weeks session - we focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra, Willpower and our Fire Center. We focus mostly on middle back flexibility as well as healthy spine rotation. They say the a Flexibility spine is key to longevity. In this weeks session, we focus on the heart, shoulder blades, chest/ pecks, spine flexibility and rotation.
