I decided to move beyond my Grounding Challenge and begin a Daily Grounding Practice. I am going to try to post daily. If I miss a day or two, I am human.
PURPOSE: I am going to carve out time each day to slow down and connect with Nature in some way.
Why am I doing this?❄️To remind myself to be grateful - I am extremely grateful for the people and events unfolding in my life. ❄️To connect with Nature❄️To practice discipline in good times and more difficult times❄️To be be mindful - Some live outside in these extreme temperatures. Never forget those less fortunate.

Day 5: Orange Sunrise and Half Moon
It’s another glorious day at the Third Floor Castle in the Sky! The sunrise was sure a glorious one: lots of orange, reds and yellows.
It was beautiful!
At the same time, the half moon was hanging in the sky, so I got the best of both worlds: gorgeous sunrise and bright half moon.
The funny thing is: Julie had literally just left the apartment and texted me to go outside. Little did she know, I was already there! I saw her leave and caught her on video! Ha ha!
It is amazing what you can see when you get up with the sunrise. Soon, it will be rising with the sun over the Apple River in Western Wisconsin at Eagles Ridge!
You’ll probably going to see a lot of cool stuff when we get there....I promise!
