This 2021 Sunseeker Predator 55 EVO is a stunning, high-end sports cruiser. The boat was on display at last year’s St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show and has since been sold. However, with a boat offering such jaw dropping appeal, it is still well worth sharing on my channel. The boat measures in at 55ft 11 inches in length, with a beam of 14ft 9 inches, and a draft of 4ft 5 inches. Despite her size, this could easily be handled as a husband-and-wife team, thanks to the clever design and state of the art technology. The boat is powered by twin Volvo Penta 725hp diesels and give a top speed of around 32 knots and a cruising speed of 21 knots. At 21 knots, this one will return a range in the region of 235 nautical miles. The accommodation is what really sets this one apart from the competition. You step onto an extended bathing platform that also houses a tender garage. You then have a few short steps up on either side of the boat to the aft cockpit. It is here you will find a large sun pad, cockpit seating, a retractable sun canopy, and a very clever design that lets you drop the window and open the door to the main accommodation area, making this an all-open design. Once inside, not only do you have the large windows throughout, but you have a retractable roof giving you even more fresh air and natural light whenever you want it. The helm is well equipped with state-of-the-art technology including joystick control, multi-function displays, and all finished to a very high standard. Down below, you have a VIP stateroom on the bow where you have the option of either a double island berth, or you can pull them apart to make 2 single berths. You have a saloon and galley down here, as well as a full beam owner stateroom. This highly sought-after offshore sports fishing boat is powered by twin Detroit diesels totaling just under 1000hp combined, this yacht has a cruising speed in the high teens, and a max speed in the mid 20’s.
