This is basically where I am after all this time. Am I totally well? No. Can I play? yes.
I need though, more than ever to get over hat finish line and I'm finding that the more I want it, the less I achieve. Self acceptance seems to have some kind of role in this.
Right now, I'm doing all I can internally, it's just I'm not sure if missed something or I need someone to tell add something or just tell me, "No, Stuart, what you're doing is great just keep going!" It is very hard to tell.

Couldn't think of much more to add. I stop eating at 9pm and don't consume anything but water until 1pm. At which point I have a juice.
I wait and hour and have a smoothie at 2pm.
Then a soup at 3pm.
Then a salad at 5pm.
Then a while food plant based dinner around 6pm.
I'll do this for 4 days and that will be the end of phase 1.
