Hi, welcome to HEARTYS's Kitchen. I am hyma.
Today, I will show you how to make Chicken Egg Zunnu kura.
If you are a guest, you can make this curry without any
doubt.
Take a bowl and add water, salt, red chili powder, garam
masala, and pepper powder.
If you feel it is too thick, add some water and mix it.
After mixing, add some turmeric powder.
Add turmeric powder and mix it well.
Otherwise, the salt and red chili powder will form lumps.
Now, we have to take the eggs according to the quantity of
our curry.
I have taken 7 eggs.
Break the eggs one by one and add them.
If you use a whisker, the salt and red chili powder will
mix well with the eggs.
Keep the egg mixture aside and take a round bowl.
Add some oil and spread it on all four sides.
It is easy to take it out if you spread it like this.
Now, add all the egg mixture that we have mixed.
Now, put a pan on the stove and add 3 cups of water.
Close the lid and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
After 10 minutes, if we remove the lid and see, the egg
mixture is fluffy.
Now, we have to check it.
If we poke a knife, it will be cooked properly.
When we remove the omelette, if we shape it round with a
knife, it will be easily removed from the bowl.
Now, we have to cut it into cubes.
You can cut it in the shape of paneer or diamond.
As you can see, it is fluffy, smooth and soft like paneer.
No one can guess it. It is like the same paneer.
Now, we have to curry it.
For that, turn on the stove and take a pan.
Add 3 spoons of oil and heat it.
When the oil is hot, add some cinnamon, cloves, 1 spoon of
coriander seeds, 1 spoon of cumin seeds, some poppy seeds,
7 to 8 cashew nuts and fry it for a minute.
After frying these, add 3 dry red chilies and fry it for a
minute.
After frying all these, add 2 green chilies.
You can add green chilies according to your spiciness.
In curry, we don't add red chilies. So, if you want, you
can add green chilies.
After adding green chilies, add 2 chopped onions.
It is enough if you chop the onions roughly.
Similarly, add 2 chopped tomatoes.
Add salt as per taste and mix it well.
After mixing it, cover it and cook it for 5 minutes in low
flame.
When the tomatoes and onions are cooked, remove the lid and
add some turmeric powder for color.
Mix it well and turn off the stove.
After turning off the stove, let it cool for 5 minutes.
Take it in a mixer jar when it cools down.
Now, add water little by little and mix it.
Make a fine paste without any lumps.
After grinding it, add 1 cup of curd and mix it well.
Now, add 4 spoons of oil and heat it.
After heating the oil, add 2 bay leaves, some curry leaves
and let it crackle.
At this stage, you can add 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste.
I am not adding it because I want to eat it lightly.
If you like, you can add ginger garlic paste and fry it
till the raw smell goes.
Add the paste that we made in the mixer jar.
If you want, you can add water according to the quantity of
the curry.
After adding it, close the lid and cook it in low flame for
5 to 6 minutes.
After cooking the gravy for 5 minutes, remove the lid and
add the boiled chicken pieces.
Mix it well.
Add some fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves and cook it
for 3 to 4 minutes.
If you cook it like this, it will be salty.
If you feel it is less, add it at this stage.
Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the stove.
After turning off the stove, keep it aside for 3 to 4
minutes.
After serving, hot chicken egg curry is ready.
It will be very tasty if you eat it with jeera rice, plain
rice and pulka.
