It was a great trip. Up until i left, & I took the advice of my helper going up the mountain.. The trail disappeared about a mile in the jungle & I got lost. (Trust me, jungles are no place you want to get lost) Thinking my survival skills, down is the option. Well. That was wrong. I got caught up in the thickest jungle mess. Creek bed was so steep & and boulders, down trees, getting hung up on vines. Then, when I came to a big hill, I fell about 25 feet. 3 times. I started getting chest pains, injured my knee, and couldn't go up or down. So i yelled for help for about an hour. Thank god someone finally came. They helped me out & to the mountain lake. Then the guy escorted me home, where I was then rushed to the hospital. Where they confirmed that I just had a heart attack... Just got home & resting.
