Rules are: Running, sprinting, walking and side-stepping are not allowed. Whereas jumping, rolling, grabbing, swan-diving, shimmying and swimming are allowed. Turning in one spot or twisting during a jump in the air is also allowed. Crouching is only allowed within crouch-spaces to proceed with the level.
Exceptions: Running jumps are only allowed immediately after a roll.
there is probably some improvement to make in this run, you can make it to the last ladder with only 5 jumps in the water but i didn't bother and just don't know how to make it even closely to consistent.

It's back! I am going to redo the whole hundo i made a while ago, reason is i wanted some project and there were some stuff i wasn't happy about in my first run+the JP version will saves a ton of time with ennemies.
Already saved 58sec in this level alone! Thanks to the water strat at 1:05 that skips the spike room (20sec~), some movement improvements and not having to stop to kill ennemies.
