===== Ingredients =====
-For dough
All purpose Flour 300 g
Sugar(maple syrup) 2 Tbsp
Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm water 180-200 ml
Coconut oil 2 Tbsp
-For Filling
Lemon curd, Any fruit jam, etc...
===== Recipe =====
Warm water, sugar, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour, sugar, salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture.
Mix until all dough come together.
Knead by hand until smooth surface.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch the dough.
Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Stretch the dough again & divide the dough into 6 pieces.
Fill in anything you want to put inside or just go for plain.
Place the dough on baking pan &let it rise until double in size.
After 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oven for 190°C or 357°F.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
