Was it Jesus and the 12 Apostles, or Jesus and the 12 Calvinists? Maybe Jesus and the 12 Lutherans? Or Jesus and the 12 Baptists? The idea of "apostolic succession" means that a church today can trace its origins directly back to the apostles, the original followers of Jesus. Some Protestant churches, like Lutherans, Calvinists, and Baptists, claim they have apostolic succession. They say this shows their churches have authority and have existed since the time of the apostles. However, history does not actually support the Protestant claims of apostolic succession. In the 1500s, the Protestant Reformation caused new churches to split from the Catholic Church and from each other. Each new Protestant church was founded by someone who rejected the beliefs of earlier churches. There is no continuous, unbroken line connecting any Protestant church to the apostles. Martin Luther founded the Lutheran church, not the apostles. John Calvin established Calvinism, not the apostles. Baptists did not emerge until the 1600s - they have no link to the apostles. While Protestants argue they are restoring "pure" Christianity, they cannot trace their history back to the early church that was founded by the apostles. The only church with a clear historical succession from the apostles is the Catholic Church. Catholics believe Jesus founded the church on St. Peter, the first pope, who led the apostles. The line of popes and bishops extends directly back to the apostles, unchanged. In contrast, Protestants cannot trace their history to the apostles in a valid, factual way. Their claims of apostolic succession appear to simply assert legitimacy and authority where none exists. From a historical standpoint, only the Catholic Church has irrefutable apostolic succession. Although Protestants appeal to apostolic succession, their claims are not supported by evidence. There is no proof they originate from the apostles. The Catholic Church alone continues the apostles' ministry in an unbroken succession that is historically verifiable. In summary, while Protestant denominations claim apostolic succession, they lack any actual connection to the apostles that can be demonstrated historically. The Catholic Church is the only church with undisputable apostolic succession traceable to the apostles themselves. From the 16th to the 18th century, a lot of competing claims emerged. In the third century AD Christianity spread rapidly throughout the Roman Empire. The Roman emperors saw this growth as threatening and persecuted Christians. like during the Great Persecution of 303AD. Sol Invictus was later replaced by the Mithras cult. In the end Christianity, not Sol Invictus, dominated the Roman Empire. Nazi Palestine. Accusing Israel what they are guilty of: There's one fact about Israel-Palestine that almost no one knows about, and it actually explains the whole situation. And it's all right here in this photograph. That man with Hitler is Amin al Husseini, a Palestinian leader that they don't want you to know about. He was the Mufti of Jerusalem, an Islamic leader and one of the founding fathers of the Palestinian movement. In 1941, he fled to Iraq to escape the British. He was wanted for leading massacres against the Jews. That was before the modern state of Israel was even around. In Iraq, he worked with the Nazis to promote anti-Jewish propaganda, leading to one of the most savage massacres ever, the Farhood. It was two days of extreme savagery against the Jews. Yeah, my father was actually there. He was a young boy living in Baghdad at the time, and it was pure terror. Yeah, it was kind of like October 7 in 1941. Al Husseini was given refuge in Germany by the Nazis. He met with Hitler, Himmler, and Eichmann to plan the ethnic cleansing of the Jews from both Europe and the Middle East. He personally ran an SS division in the Balkans to exterminate Jews. He then moved to Egypt, where he mentored Yasser Arafat, who was actually his nephew. Arafat's real surname is al Husseini. He also trained Mahmoud Abbas, the current Palestinian president. He became a leader in the Muslim Brotherhood, a global jihadist group that creates Hamas, and that is the secret origin of the Palestinian movement. It's a combination of jihadism and Nazism. So they were never going to accept Jewish statehood, no more than Hitler would have. It was never about land. It was about a pathological hatred of Jews. The conflict we see today started with Hitler and al Husseini, and all the anti-Israel mania we see around the world is just a continuation of their evil. The fight against the Nazis is not over. It continues with the jihadists, and they must be defeated for the sake of anyone who loves their freedom.
