My Neogeo controller wasn’t working and the fix for it involved some PCB surgery that I had no idea how to perform. While looking for alternatives, I saw that some people were able to mod a SNES pad to work on a NeoGeo. It looked like something I could do so I go through the process of getting that set up.

This is the gamepad I modded. I strongly DO NOT recommend it. It does not work well at all. I’m only displaying it here so you can rule it out if you’re looking to do a similar project. This is not an affiliate link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VJL4XJ1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00

In this video I will show how to setup the Godot game engine on your Chromebook, so you can go ahead and create your own video games. One of the best things about the Godot game engine is that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Less than 200MB! Of course your projects till take up more space.

Remoting into a Chromebook is currently only possible by someone on a Chromebook giving permissions to a remote user. However, it is possible to get unattended access to the Linux portion of Chrome OS.
This is accomplished by installing a Linux desktop, Chrome for Linux and then setting up Chrome Remote Desktop on the Linux portion of Chrome OS. Check out the video to see the entire process.
Helpful Linux commands:
lscpu - Lets you check what CPU type you have.
sudo apt-get install lxde - Install a LXDE desktop for use when you remote access into Chrome OS
sudo apt-get install xfce4 - Install a XFCE desktop for use when you remote access into Chrome OS
sudo gpasswd -a YourUserName netdev - In case you get netdev errors after installing lxde

There are several apps that let you use your phone as a webcam, but as far as I know, none use the NDI (Network Device Interface) protocol. This protocol is used in professional broadcast environments to provide high quality and low latency high definition video over a network.
The developers of the NDI protocol have an app that will let your phone feed this high quality video directly to PC desktop apps like Zoom Meetings and OBS.
