Here is a brief tour of our recently refitted Fountaine Pajot Venezia 42' Catamaran. We have a compete list of all the refits and renovations for those seriously interested in knowing.
This Catamaran has 6'6" head room. We now use the fore peaks, which were crew cabins, the Port side for Cole's play house, the Starboard side for our "Garage" storing our bikes and floatation toys. The Starboard side forward is also storage for our large Engel deep freeze and our many dry goods pantry items.

In this Episode;
We have lost a lot of electrical equipment like Krista's computer, 3 video cameras, multiple accessory batteries, etc... due to a poor AC DC Inverter onboard SA3. The 120 Volt house current generated by our old inverter has been frying out just about anything plugged into a 120 Volt outlet.
Finding a new and reliable inverter was difficult but in the end we found one to perfectly fit our needs.
I'm sharing what we had and what we have now on Saltair3 with advice on what works for us. Anymore questions, send me an email. Cheers.

You too can spend an all inclusive week with us aboard our catamaran Saltair3 learning how to live a life on the sea and leave a small environmental foot print, how to prepare, repair, provision, catch fish and lobster, how to safely check into foreign countries and learn to sail a Big Cat, or just sit back, relax and enjoy being aboard Saltair3 in the warm and beautiful Caribbean Sea.

While in Vang Vieng, Laos we mountain biked, cave explored, and swam at the Blue-ish Lagoon, but can't forget our lazy 3 hour tubing down the Nam Song River!
We floated past small villages and stunning scenery.
Some spots were deep and slow flowing and others shallow and quick, so shallow in spots you had to lift your butt so you didn't hit the bottom! We ended our float in a shallow spot right in front of our guest house. Fun.
