Today I finally fixed the remaining issue with the Leaf LBC (BMS) which was some bad connections on the sense wires. Then I immediatly started an 11kW charging session.

While testing a new feature I welded the charge port relays. Used this as a reason to finally upgrade them to be able to charge at 70 kW at some assorted rapid chargers.

When installing the new battery I forgot to properly tighten some bolts and had fitted some dodgy cable extensions. In Mathieus workshop in Hamburg I fixed those issues and now go for a test.

I'm doing more work on the flying ADC BMS here in Sweden and reveal some details.
The BMS has some cool features
- It uses one high precision ADC to measure up to 16 cells per module
- It can be stacked for more cells
- It can add charge to individual cells (40 mA)
- It can discharge individual cells (90 mA)
- It won't go up in smoke when cells are connected with reversed polarity
