Building the Ultimate Gameboy for 2021 In this episode of my random repairs series i attempt to build the ultimate original gameboy! To achieve this i will be modding this gameboy quite alot with many things. To start with i will try installing a nice IPS kit for the gameboy, which one did i pick? Well i picked none other than the RIPS V4 OSD IPS screen. The next gameboy mod will be related to the sound of the gameboy, so why not live up to the Gameboy Play it Loud series than making the original gameboy super loud! To do this i will be installing the Clean Amp solution by RetroSix. Finally the last thing i will be installing in this ultimate gamboy is a rechargeable USB C power solution which will be none other than the Clean Juice solution from Retro six again. All of these modifications will of course be done in a brand new gameboy shell to give it that full restoration.
