The whole world blindly follows the USA around like a little puppy dog and even helps perpetuate all the lies about the DPRK and it's leader. Sorry Korea in the south is the biggest offender, IMO. However, just supposed that what they and even Yeonmi Park and her band of defectors are all right about Kim Jong Un and the DPRK. Just suspend disbelief and common sense for just a moment and suppose.... even if by some freak of nature, Yeonmi and the media and the whole world is right.... Kim Jong Un would still be a far better person than someone far more evil.

After watching this two-bit crap,

I feel like the USA is in need of a padded cell to protect it from itself and those around it.

How is it that every bad thing the DPRK has been accused to be
doing ends up being the very things every other countries are doing?
More over, those countries seem to get a "free hall pass"!

Honestly, I really don't know how to feel although my default is resentment and narratives like "people can't relate to each other", "we are all guilty", "how in the hell are people to develop relationships when we cannot even strike up conversations without it being suspicious?"
Has not the pandemic taught us anything? Before the 2020 mess pushed us all to "social-distance", it really was nothing new - save for the name. We have been social-distancing for eons. We put up walls and preconceptions about certain people. If school taught us one thing, it was how to judge and ostracize each other. We have been masters of social distancing for a long time - perhaps since the dawn of time. It was fitting that 2020 in some ways "granted our wish" in that it gave us all reasons to steer clear of each other. Now we just don't share benches as all opposed to sitting down at a bus stop only to have the person - usually a woman - get up and stand off somewhere. No one would question why I distance myself in relation to them when walking down the street, we all have a valid reason - even if we really don't want to be around a particular person or just people in general.
There has been a "movement" called MGTOW or "Men Going Their Own Way" and some women are angry about it. Why? When a man tries to talk to one and gets treated like a "pervy".... or perhaps "concerned" baristas come by with a "free drink" with a message about about the suspicious male human being. Quite frankly I hope this whole MGTOW "goes viral". I'm sick of videos demonizing men going viral. Talk about a pandemic! Maybe the feminist and #MeToo movements will cause the birth rate in the USA to tank. Awesome! Too bad this didn't happen in the 60's so my parents would not have met.
This "incident" at Starbucks, though shamefully popular but brings home how we don't need Covid to have a reason to stay away from each other.... but it would make me feel better to know that we are staying away from each other because of a virus than that we are all just weirdos or perverts.
Can I go to North Korea now? The USA should put a travel ban on itself.
Welcome to Dystopia USA.
Long live MGTOW.
God Bless the DPRK

Perhaps I should save myself the trouble of hoping for their demise. I think they are already crashing their own ship!
I don't think any civilization whose populace cared not will survive, ultimately. I think they will bring upon themselves their own demise.

Honestly reading the comments on the internet shed light on why some places BAN the internet. Tough love is not just about telling people uncomfortable things. Sometimes it keeping them from doing things that can harm them.
