For part 33 of my Fire Emblem playthrough and walkthrough, I go over chapter 27: Cog of Destiny. This chapter can get pretty difficult if you try and take on too many enemies at once, but if you focus on one group at a time it becomes pretty manageable. Around turn ten, Wyvern Riders begin to show up at the bottom right corner of the map, to the right of where you began the chapter. Among the Wyvern Riders is Vaida, and if you have Eliwood talk to her you can recruit her, so long as you didn't defeat her in chapter 24: Unfulfilled Heart. Make sure to reach the town at the left side before the enemy does to pick up a useful staff. For the boss, if you don't have strong enough units to take him down, try waiting out his weapon usage and then just finish him off the slow but sure way. For defeating Linus you will get the item Iron Rune.
