餅皮:
淡忌廉150克
4蛋
椰子粉30克
赤藻糖醇20克

將所有食材攪拌均勻後過篩
麵糊分成10份,每塊餅皮用60毫升去煎
倒入麵糊後要快速攤平
小火煎40秒以上
大家可以根據我視頻的時間煎出你喜愛的餅皮~^_^
我最喜愛的時間是50秒~你呢?
煎完一面翻過來煎另一面20秒即可
放涼備用

裝飾：
淡忌廉150克
香草精(可選)
赤藻糖醇15克

忌廉打發至堅挺狀態即可


crepes:
Whipping cream150g
4eggs
Coconut flour 30g
Erythritol 20g

Stir all the ingredients and sift them
Divide the batter into 10 portions, use 60 ml for each crust to fry
Spread the batter quickly and flatten it out
Fry on low heat for more than 40 seconds
You can make your favorite pie crust according to the time of my video~^_^
My favorite time is 50 seconds~ how about you?
Turn over and fry the other side for 20 seconds after frying
Let cool for later use

Top:
whipping cream 150g
Vanilla extract (optional)
Erythritol 15g

Just send the cream until it is firm
