Take a look at my version 2 90+ CRI LED panel! The last panel was much larger and only had 12 leds on it, this one is much smaller and has 24 LEDs on it. The point was to have diffused light, but brighter, but I think this did not go as planned as now, these panels are likely to make hotspots on video. The panel is still useful but more as a spot light or a spot filler instead!
In this video I take a look inside a failed lithium-ion booster pack! This can border on dangerous if you poke at the wrong bits, so user discretion is advised! This little unit looks quite pricy to manufacture but I think they saved on the cost by using a low capacity cell. This unit died because the protection circuit triggered and disabled the charging of the battery pack, due to a single cell that discharged way too far.

I take a look at an Evil Mad Scientist Three Fives Kit - What they call a "disintegrated circuit" - a 555 timer made of discrete parts. The kit itself is quite well built and VERY well thought-out, including having every internal stage of the 555 timer in its own section and literally only using a few transistors and resistors. Quite an amazing achievement!
Get yours here - and please note that I bought this myself and paid a TON of shipping and customs fees as a Canadian.
