How to enter a flow state for insane productivity without Adderall. I recently finished the book Deep Work by Cal Newport and realized a lot of my working habits have gone to complete garbage. I started to implement some of his steps to get back onto track an dI shared the most important ones.
The book is great and I highly recommend it if you're always a distracted person or if there never seems like there is never enough time in the day.

I did nordic hamstring curls everyday for a month. How did the results go? Watch the video silly.
I think the system is a solid way to train, but you probably shouldn't do it everyday. You will probably need more assistance to start out than a couple pillows.
