Making decorative aluminum cutouts of the legendary Bigfoot. Planning to put them on splashguards or mudguards for the fat e-bike. Thin plate aluminum, cut and carved with hacksaws, drill bits and assorted files. A vise and clamp made it much easier. All done by hand! No laser cutter or water jet. Use a Ridgid vacuum to suck out the leaves & gunk from roof gutters. No more climbing on the roof or lugging an extension ladder around the house. Save your back and save your neck! Parts for attachments: 2" PVC central vac tubing, 90 deg and 45 deg PVC elbows, 2" ABS pipe. Parts for the cyclone separator: 2 pails & lids, scrap plywood, hose clamp, 2" vacuum wand (cut into two pieces). Use screws and hot melt glue for assembly. Big gaps filled with hot melt glue were reinforced with pieces of scrap bug screen. Have fun & stay safe!

View details of a mini hydraulic press. Made from old bed frame, scrap metal, 4 ton hydraulic jack. Bolted together, tack welded. Piston press rod is an old shaft welded to a gear. Base/feet of the press is the headboard / footboard brackets, so no welding was needed there. Return springs attached by sash chain, cut and joined into endless rings. Originally built to press coin rings but I used it to straighten a chrome bumper in this video.

Decided to go anyways. Walked around the old baseball field, Parque De Pelota De Capa. The metal stadium was in disrepair and hurricane Maria blew it over. Now it's completely gone.

Reason? The middle of the road is the highest (crown) so the front passenger side front wheel brakes takes most of the stopping load and therefore works the hardest.

Perfect for wet heavy snow. Whovel or snow shovel was invented in the Victorian era. This improved version made from a scrap 2x4, (cut into 2 pieces 2x2), old bicycle wheel, scrap lumber, piece of old metal drum. Save your back, no lifting to shovel snow. Push down to raise the scoop, release and drop the snow into a pile. Worked very good with wet heavy snow. Details for you to build your own. See next video for improved latch & release mechanism. I will rebuild with better material & paint, but that's a summer weekend project!!
