To assist with lucid dreaming listen to this before bed or while meditating. This is more than just an inducement, its a teaching, a way to view your life, reality and dreams. The binaural beats are G theta and will help calm the mind and keep you awake while your body drifts off to sleep. (Its ok the fall asleep while listening. And of course its ok to lucid dream ;) Earbuds or earphones will work better. But desk speakers will work if one is on each side of you. To test binaural beats to see if they are actually working for you... The tones should waiver if you have stereo working. To test, unplug one speaker or one ear-bud and you should hear a steady non-wavering sound. One speaker = steady sound, two speakers wavering sound. This means it is real binaural beats/hemi-synch. If it is a wavering sound with ONE speaker going it is not binaural. (bi = two, aural = ears or hearing). Two ears hearing a slightly different tone makes the brain hemispheres compensate and synchronize with a third sound that waivers. If one speaker sounds 'wavering' then it just sounds like binaural but isn't. Hope this helps. Good luck with becoming lucid in your dreams.
