This clip is from a LIVE Team Beachbody Coach briefing/ Shaun T workout on June 6th, 2011 in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The thing is, before this workout I had slacked a little and knew this workout would be harder than normal. What I didn't expect was 2 minutes with Shaun 1 on 1!
This was during the back half of the workout session and I was toast but Shaun motivated me to keep going.
Since this workout I have been fired up! I NEVER want to be in this situation and not be able to keep up!

Getting better! I had a lot more control this time than the last attempt I uploaded. This is taken from my P90X3 Yoga session about 15 min in. This time I was able to control my motion back to crane and into a plank.
Eventually I'll work towards a full hand stand.

A Vlog two days in a row! Im on fire, lol.
Oops on the lighting. And yeah so I just switched the GoPro 8 from manual settings to pretty much auto shutter, AWB, etc. Just easier for now. I'll add the LED next time if I am going to have a window behind me. /shrug
I ended up having "2nd breakfast". That involved a buttermilk pancake (w/mods), 1 egg, a whey protein shake, and a double shot iced Americano
One of these days, when I get less lazy, maybe ill break down my workouts here. Like reps and such.
But I did do Pull, 6 minutes isolated core work, 28 minutes max effort on the bike. So another successful day!
I have more stuff I want to add to descriptions. In the mean time I just want to focus on the videos. I'm tracking my vlogs on my fitness calendar. Seeing if I can make it a discipline as I have with my food and fitness. Also /shrug

After a week here is my next update! Sorry for the delay, i'm sure most of my regular viewers thought I was dead =). That's not the case, I am still on track and on a journey to answer - Does p90x work?
I recently order the P90X Recovery Formula - I have done a full round of P90X and almost another phase and for some reason have not given the P90X Recovery Formula a try. Well that's all about to change. I am very excited because I have heard great things about it. Expect a review of the P90X Recovery formula once I get a chance to try it!
Today I did a bonus workout - after my normal scheduled workout I tossed in P90X+ Ab Core Plus. What a great Core workout, its not the same burn as Ab Ripper X but Ab Core+ definitely targets your entire core / mid section.
So Does P90X Work? Stay tuned as the journey continues!

I am making this update as I reach nearly 2 weeks into my P90X workout schedule consisting of mainly weight training. I still do cardio but only once a week as a main workout and for light cardio I walk 2 miles every day.
The main focus this time is on my diet! The workouts are necessary but the food you eat is crucial to your success. Just wait and see what happens over the next couple months as I share my results!

Today I was prepping another batch of meals and wanted to share how I use different cooking methods to add variety.
This is one of the major reasons that I have been able to do this with ease for 5 months. If it was all just plain food I would have not enjoyed the process and I would have burned out a long time ago.
That's absolutely why I can confidently say that I am in the best shape and at the same time more shredded than I have ever been in my entire life.
