What's different about this sedan than the regular sedan is that it uses the engine sounds, horn, and strength from the van, while retaining the sedan's original fast acceleration
Like the police car, the spawn rate is very low, and therefore, very hard to obtain if one wants to complete the mission driving one of these sedans.
