LAW: What is law? a) SCIENTIFIC: A statement of fact, deduced from observation to the effect that a particular natural or scientific phenomenon always occurs if certain conditions are present. b) NORMATIVE: The system of rules which a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members and which it may enforce by the imposition of penalties. c) AUTHORITATIVE: The body of divine commandments as expressed in the Bible or other religious texts. OUR LAW: The Anglo Expression of the European Discovery, application of, adaptation to, and evolution by the natural law. WHAT IS THAT LAW?: Individual Sovereignty in Demonstrated Interests.  And what follows from individual sovereignty, by necessity is... reciprocity ... Function of the state is: as insurer of last resort. Severity of Law: Criminal, Tort (Civil), Coercive, Administrative,  Juridical: law, legislation, regulation, command. Constitutions: command, authority, procedure, rights, natural Positive - rule by man vs natural - rule of law: rule by natural law: science Transactional: Our legal system is natural and transactional. It's an accounting system of adds and removals. and words phrases and sentences are the part numbers of the inventory we add or remove.  This is why words mean things at the time they are created - and must be changed deliberately not by judicial interpretation. Purpose: The purpose of the organization of our law is to hold both the people, legislators, and state actors accountable, by forcing them through the open public debate process. Evolutionary: In other words, our legal system forces evolutionary adaptation - it does not allow maladaptation - which is why we evolve faster than all civilizations combined until the postwar conduct of warfare against our institutions of cultural production. This is the reason for the attempted overthrow of the natural law - like all counter-revolution against the anglo development of the modern state, by use of empiricism, the science of law, and a hierarchy of courts and juries - the Marxist, neo-Marxist, pomo, pc-woke, anticolonial, anti-western, anti-white, anti-male sequence of movements is a use of incremental social construction, legal corruption, and institutional corruption, to revolt against darwin's explanation for the vastly disproportionate success of the west in bronze, iron, and steel ages.
