娘家媽媽喜歡烘焙還有做點心, 這次做了日式湯種吐司, 哥哥和姐姐的孩子吃不停, 質地跟棉花一樣柔軟, 害我都想吃了! 她總共做了兩條450克的吐司~

湯種麵團:
高筋麵粉 40克
清水 200cc

吐司主麵團:
高筋麵粉 580克
鹽 10克
白糖 60克
植物奶粉 10克
豆漿 160毫升
溫水 60毫升
速發酵母 10克
無鹽奶油(室溫已軟化) 50克

麵團用攪拌機打成團後, 發酵成兩倍大在開始分團~
麵團放入吐絲盒後, 再次發酵兩倍大
上下火190度烤約30分鐘 (各品牌烤箱不同,視情況增減時間)

Utane Dough:
high-gluten flour 40g
Clear water 200cc

Main Toast Dough:
high-gluten flour 580g
salt 10g
white sugar 60g
vegetable milk powder 10g
soy milk 160ml
warm water 60ml
instant yeast 10g
unsalted butter (softened at room temperature) 50g

After the dough is made into a ball with a mixer, it is fermented and doubled in size, and then the dough starts to be divided~
After the dough is put into the spinning box, it is fermented again to double in size
Bake at 190 degrees up and down for about 30 minutes (different brands of oven, increase or decrease the time according to the situation)
