Here is the firmware page. https://www.netgear.com/support/product/r8000.aspx Bad firmware version is 1.0.4.46 Netgear released a firmware a few weeks ago that really makes a mess for those of us with multiple consoles on the Nighthawk x8000 routers. I assume others in the series have the same problem. This fix is ONLY for the connection issues that crept up over the last couple months if you have a Nighthawk router. This will not work for others. NOTE: if you have set any port forwards for your console you will likely want to remove them.
