And when you combine them with one of the most powerful energetic organs, our heart, it's a win-win in my books. Many times I see people living in a very limited way. Their ego has restricted them from moving forward in new ways. Often times the method of restriction is fear. Fear of trying new things, fear of failing, fear of being judged, fear of disappointment, fear of success, fear of the unknown, fear of being authentic, fear of being shamed...I could go on. When we move into our heart and begin to listen to our deepest hopes and desires we are able to see a future that often excites us. Something inside our being stirs with motivation. But then...we stop. We go through a laundry list of reasons why this idea or concept may not work. We constrict that excitement down until all that's left is a pile of dust. Why? Because we live from a limited sense of self. We have turned off our exploration meter and instead chosen to keep the car in park....in the garage. We never even left to see what was out there. But what if we understood why we lived this way? What if we understood the difference of limited sense of self versus being limitless. Would we then be able to take this principle and begin applying it to our lives? And instead of looking at our dreams turn into a pile of dust...they flourish into abundant joy that continues to magnetize more and more of what we truly desire?
