The Renault Magnum is a heavy-duty truck that was produced by the French Manufacturer Renault Véhicules Industriels and later Renault Trucks (also part of Renault, now Volvo) from 1990 to 2013. The Magnum was available in semi and rigid configurations, both configurations could be bought with a 6×2 or 4×2 drivetrain. The 6×4 is merely designed for heavy haulage uses.
First launched in 1990 the Magnum was awarded the "International Truck of the Year" in 1991.
The Magnum featured in Top Gear S12 E01, when Jeremy Clarkson bought one for less than £5,000 in the Top Gear Lorry Challenge.
A few days after the presentation of its totally renewed range, in Lyon, Renault Trucks was getting ready to turn the page on the Renault Magnum. On Wednesday 26 June 2013, the keys to the last Magnum were presented to hauliers Robert Chabbert, at the Bourg-en-Bresse site, with a brand-new Renault Trucks T also present.
Engine
The engine is derived from the 12L inline-6 engine of the AB Volvo Group. Changes include new engine management and an injection system co-developed with Delphi.
The engine was available in the following configurations:

Gameplay is similar to previous Lego games in the series. The game uses the same two player drop in drop out co-op mechanics used in all the Lego games. The hub in this game is called The Port. From here, players advance through the game, unlock characters and extras, and as players get further through the game, The Port will evolve and get bigger, revealing new areas to unlock and discover new things. Like past titles, different characters have different abilities. For example, everyone (except characters like Davy Jones who can walk under water) can swim under water, and members of Davy Jones's crew can breathe whilst doing so, Captain Jack Sparrow has the ability to use his compass, which points him to hidden items throughout the level, Will Turner has the ability to throw axes at targets to complete objectives, while female characters such as Elizabeth Swann have the ability to jump higher than other characters in order to access areas unreachable to other characters.
The 3DS version uses the StreetPass feature to activate sword fights

Rallying is a form of motorsport that takes place on public or private roads with modified production or specially built road-legal cars. En 1983, se introdujo la versión XR4i de alto rendimiento. Utilizaba el mismo motor Colonia de 2,8 L utilizado en el Ford Capri 2.8 Injection de la época y lucía una versión reestilizada de la carrocería del Sierra de 3 puertas. El doble alerón trasero y las curiosas ventanillas traseras multipilares fueron consideradas excesivamente estilizadas por algunos posibles compradores, y el coche nunca alcanzó el estatus de culto de los más pequeños Fiesta XR2 y Escort XR3i. Una versión del XR4i con un motor turboalimentado de 2,3 L se vendió en Estados Unidos como Merkur XR4Ti. El XR4Ti se utilizó en Europa, sobre todo por Andy Rouse, que ganó el BTCC de 1985 con uno de ellos.

En Sudáfrica, hubo una versión V6 de 3,0 L, denominada XR6, y también se fabricó una tirada limitada de 250 V8 XR8 para la homologación de berlinas en 1984. Se basaban en el motor Ford Windsor 302.
En 1985, el XR4i fue sustituido por el XR4x4, que se basaba en el hatchback de cinco puertas, tenía tracción a las cuatro ruedas y contaba con el mismo motor V6 de 2,8 L, pero no estaba equipado con el alerón trasero biplano. Sólo se construyó un número muy limitado de XR4x4 de tres puertas. Al final de su producción, en 1990, se habían fabricado 23.540 unidades. De 1990 a 1993, el XR4x4 estuvo disponible con los motores revisados 2.9 EFi y 2.0 DOHC EFi. El XR4i también reapareció (como un ejercicio de insignia) en forma de 5 puertas, pero con el motor DOHC 2.0 en lugar del V6.
En 1989, Ford hizo un guiño a su pasado y creó el Sierra 2.0i 2000E, un nombre de modelo utilizado con poco éxito en el Cortina Mk3. El Sierra 2000E tenía pintura metalizada en dos tonos, aleaciones, interior de cuero gris claro y ordenador de viaje, además de las características de serie de los modelos "Ghia". Sólo estaba disponible en forma de berlina y se vendió un número limitado de modelos entre 1989 y 1991.
