Here we are with one of the monsters with thousands of stories about the desire sensor centralized around him. Now that we are in high rank, it is easier to get plates, but there is now a ruby that you can get. Some weapons and armors will require it, but luckily for my gunning stuff, it is not a problem of mine. I did get the ruby in the update video I did last month, so chalk that up as proof that the sensor is real.
Anyway, Los is known as the King of the Sky due to how much time he spends in the air. This is a non-issue for me when I can shoot him from almost anywhere. If you want to fight him with melee, you will need Flash Bombs and patience to find the windows that you can't create. As long as you don't need his armor or specific fire weapons, take him down and move on. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1HaxJTg9FA
I am putting the HR tag here even though Rakna is HR exclusive just for consistency with the videos before and after this one. So once you are ready to do the urgent, you need to take on one of the final new monsters of the game, the annoying, fire breathing spider.
Rakna was the monster intended to give gunners a lot of trouble due to how bullet resistant it is, but since this is a re-record, I have enough firepower to just punch right through. The irony to this though is that Rakna's set is actually pretty good for some gunner builds as you can go for the Spread/Shrapnel builds and it even innately compensates for recoil. I like to combine it with Magnamalo's gun and add some artillery and slugger, and it becomes an extremely versatile set that is all around nasty. Get the right god charm, and you can wreck a lot of things. If that the gun you want to use, you can start farming the spider which is not as bad once you get some things to exploit its few vulnerabilities.
If I were a blademaster, I would have a few different options for this, such as cutting the webbing whenever Rakna tries to drag over somewhere, which can give a small window of opportunity. Other than that, it doesn't have the insane resistances, so I can just pick a leg and work my way around to bring the spider down.
Personally, I believe this may be rough for hammers and horns as I am not sure how you draw the head out to safely KO it. They may be the one weapon type that is worse off than ranged.

I promise, I will not be turning this channel into one of those that just reads news articles!
As also promised, I would provide an update about the 3rd game, and you can see here how little is actually revealed to the fans. With the release date estimated to be summer 2021, we will be waiting quite a bit for this to come west.
Lastly, you also find out here what I have been up to lately that has drawn me away from other things. I am hoping I will be able to get back onto 7 years from now for next weekend, but trying to salvage certain things in the event of a worst case scenario drew me away from the previous weekend.
Raidenze told me he can't find the channel, so here is a link to it:

The Kelpie has put a hit out on the Girimekhala that we need to collect on. Having played previous games, I knew that physical attacks were not going to work on him, and steered clear of that. Like the Hecatoncheires, he is weak to wind, so you can use the very same spells from the previous quest and bring the elephant down to size. He was much scarier in Nocturne than here, and as a result, I make even shorter work of him.

The shrine where we will be facing off against Zephyr has been sealed by Alberich in an attempt to buy time. However, the group comes up with a daring plan to infiltrate the shield with the shield generator and disable it. To accomplish this though, we have to confront a lot of old figures, and when it is said and done, we may have a new addition to our ranks...

Due to people here being sick, I finally sat down and starting editing things in my backlog, so I have a slew of things I can start releasing. I don't know if there will be much Azure this week, but I have a lot of things I can work on getting out in the interim.
Having arrived in Sai, we picked up the Warrior subjob and looted the place in the previous video. Now, we put Castti at the helm and try to break up a tribal skirmish. Overall, I think things progress way too quickly here for me to believe any sincerity of it, but at least Castti gets more clues.
Now, since she is one of the characters like Ochette who have multiple chapters of the same number (why?), we will see another chapter 2 for Castti coming up somewhat soon. But before we get to that point, I want to try one of the interwoven or dual character chapters, so the first one of those will be coming up next.

Since this is not the first time we've fought him, I am putting the location in the title to help people find it. So the first order of business is that this is the first Nahobino vs. Nahobino battle of the game. We kick things off by having to cut through Lahmu's tentacles, and I am using a very risky team for that. Luckily, his AI and damage is not too bad here so that I can get away with it. Once the tentacles are gone, he is in his quasi-Nahobino form, and this is where he is dangerous, forcing me to swap demons in battle. However, you can still beat him, so do not give up.
Now, there are two issues with this video. The first is that I decided to upload the before and after scenes, so keep in mind that the fight isn't that long, but you can see the lead and resolution. I will probably be doing this for more story boss fights in the future unless Atlus/Sega stops me.
Now the second issue with this video is that Atlus/Sega is firing up their legal team and removing videos like this. They feel that being able to see what the bosses are weak to constitutes spoilers, and they may remove all of these videos I have uploaded. When they finally pull the trigger, I am not sure what will happen, but I will continue to try uploading these onto Odysee in the event that they take action here. Cross your fingers that I can stay under the radar.

This fight is one of the ones that makes me wish Drake at least had some offensive power for his passive day to day bonus instead of just mobility. The good news is that we can chase down his copters with our cruisers, but he can create something else to counter, forcing us to cycle cruisers or constantly combine. His powers can offset the damage on yours and the map isn't really large enough to get too much out of siphoning his fuel either. This is somewhat of a strange map, but it isn't too difficult. I kind of want to say that it shows Drake's weaknesses without putting him in too rough of a situation.

With Orchis Tower resolved, we have some additions to our crew and a couple stops to make before we can actually start the Third Rivalry. Luckily, it doesn't take too long, but the scenes may interest people so you can see the last of the moving parts in the background before we reach the final act.

Amazing title. Anyway, we need to blow the dam, which has a somewhat confusing exploration segment. I say that, because even though we disable the lights, I do not see much benefit to doing so. Unless you can do some sort of weird cheese strat with Jens, where you put up ladders to sneak around and then spring trap launch the one archer out of the zone, you're going to have to fight.
Personally, I prefer the fight anyway since we can get materials and EXP for future fights. It sucks that Milo immediately dies, but that is going to be a recurring theme. I don't know if she gets better when properly recruited, but her speed seems to leave things to be desired when it comes to enemies.
Anyway, I opted to resolve this with force, so we are able to move onto the next chapter where we get a boss fight almost right out from the gate.
