In Julette, she met the adorable little Somya. Then, she met Mayor Boren, who hired her to be Investigator Kinna's bodyguard while Kinna checks out the Ruins of Sleeping Wisdom on King Radis Island. After exploring town, Rutiana carried out Quest 001 to unlock the bank and Quest 003 to unlock the concierge. When she went to the King's Island Pier on Muse Coast, she saw that Somya had rescued a baby cat monster. Then, Rutiana took the canoe to King Radis Island and explored the northern part of the area. Now, she will head to the Ruins of Sleeping Wisdom with Kinna. Julette (time 0:24): Rutiana resumes in the church in the Town of Julette. She visits the armour shop at E-7, where she picks up and equips an Iron Breastplate (てつのむねあて) for 500 gold and a set of Iron Leggings (てつのこしだれ) for 450 gold. She sells her old leather gear. When she is ready to go, she Zooms to the Ruins of Sleeping Wisdom destination on King Radis Island. King Radis Island (time 3:43): Rutiana enters the Ruins of Sleeping Wisdom at H-2 in the northeast. Ruins of Sleeping Wisdom (time 4:02): As Rutiana enters the ruins, a scene with Investigator Kinna takes place. Their next destination is the Tuning Fork Chamber on the lower level. Rutiana starts at B-4/B-5 on floor 1F. She begins by exploring this floor. Rutiana reaches Warrior Level 15. She earns 1 skill point for a total of 3. Under Greatswords, she spends 3 points on the trait Attack Power +5 with a greatsword equipped. The player earns the accolade "Courage to Depart" for reaching Warrior Level 15. At G-4/G-5, a red chest contains a chunk of Densinium (ヘビーメタル). Rutiana takes the stairs at E-2 down to floor B1. She arrives at C-1. At D-4/D-5, a red chest on the eastern side of the pillar contains 3 Single Phials (まほうの小ビン). Rutiana takes the door at G-4/G-5 out to the Tuning Fork Chamber. This triggers another scene with Investigator Twirlsalot. Rutiana must go back into the ruins and acquire the Crystal Fang from a Death Maestro. After the scene, Rutiana takes the door at A-4/A-5 back into floor B1 of the ruins. Around D-5, she takes out a Death Maestro. After the battle, she earns the Crystal Fang (結晶牙) key item. A cutscene with Kinna takes place. The next objective is to return to the Tuning Fork Chamber. Rutiana takes the door at G-4/G-5 out to the Tuning Fork Chamber. Another scene with Investigator Kinna takes place. Looks like his investigation is complete. The next objective is to return to Mayor Boren's house in Julette. Rutiana takes the door at A-4/A-5 back into floor B1 to fight another battle. Rutiana reaches Warrior Level 16. She earns 1 skill point for a total of 1. Rutiana takes the door at G-4/G-5 back out to the Tuning Fork Chamber. She Zooms back to the Town of Julette. Julette (time 22:08): Rutiana enters the mayor's house at G-2/G-3. This triggers a scene with Mayor Boren and Investigator Kinna. This concludes the bodyguard job, and Kinna leaves the party. Boren pays Rutiana 1,000 gold. The mayor begins talking about the Key Emblem, but a villager arrives to report a disturbance. The next objective is to visit Somya's house. Rutiana enters Somya's house at E-2/E-3. This triggers a scene with Mayor Kinna, Somya, and others. Somya's rescue effort has caused quite a stir. I can't imagine why... Anyway, Rutiana's friend/rival from Rain Village, Hussar, shows up. The next destination is the mayor's house. After the scene, Rutiana checks around Somya's house. A bookcase contains the recipe for the The Cats Coin (ザ・キャッツコイン). A wardrobe contains a Chain Headband (くさりのはちがね). Rutiana enters the mayor's house at G-2/G-3. A scene with Mayor Boren and Hussar takes place. Somya shows up, as well. Hussar joins Rutiana as a guest character. Their mission is to return the baby cat monster to Cat Island. Somya comes along, as well. Rutiana acquires the Kitten (子ネコ) key item. After the scene, Rutiana visits the item shop. She stocks up on Medicinal Herbs (やくそう) and alchemizes some Strong Medicines (上やくそう). She also buys some Single Phials (まほうの小ビン) and alchemizes a few phials of Magic Water (まほうのせいすい). When she is ready to go, Rutiana Zooms to the Muse Coast - Cat Island Pier destination. Upon arrival, he met Tenzen for the Rhapsodies of Vana'diel mission "Desert Winds". Tenzen asked him to infiltrate Salaheem's Sentinels. Heorot will now get to work on that by beginning the Treasures of Aht Urhgan missions. Heorot resumes in the Mog House in Al Zahbi. He exits to the Aht Urhgan Whitegate. Aht Urhgan Whitegate (time 0:50): At I-10, Heorot enters Salaheem's Sentinels. It is located upstairs in the northeast corner of the south-central square. Inside, a scene takes place. Heorot meets Naja Salaheem. This concludes Treasures of Aht Urhgan Mission 1: "Land of Sacred Serpents". Aht Urhgan Mission 2: "Immortal Sentries" begins. Heorot receives a Supplies Package temporary key item. He must deliver it to an Immortals sentry found at one of the staging points outside of Al Zahbi. But it is a good idea to visit each of the staging points, as it will unlock a new form of teleportation. On the lower level at I-10, Heorot finds Riyadahf, a map merchant. For now, he picks up the Map of Halvung. At K-11 in the southeast, Heorot opens the gate to the Pit. This takes him into the Colosseum. Colosseum (time 10:21): Unfortunately, the Colosseum also appears to be devoid of Home Points. So, Heorot takes the exit at F-7. Aht Urhgan Whitegate (time 11:04): He takes the exit at E-9 to Al Zahbi. Al Zahbi (time 12:33): At G-6, Heorot takes the North Gate to Bhaflau Thickets. Bhaflau Thickets (time 14:15): Unfortunately, none of Heorot's maps covers Bhaflau Thickets. So, he turns around and exits at I-10 to Al Zahbi. Al Zahbi (time 14:41): Heorot takes the exit at K-8 to Aht Urhgan Whitegate. Aht Urhgan Whitegate (time 15:48): Heorot visits the map merchant, Riyadahf, at I-10 and splurges on maps. He picks up the Map of Nashmau, the Map of Caedarva Mire, the Map of Mount Zhayolm, the Map of Aydeewa Subterrane, the Map of Mamook, the Map of Arrapago Reef, the Map of Alzadaal Ruins, the Map of Bhaflau Thickets, and the Map of Labyrinth of Onzozo. Most of these are Treasures of Aht Urhgan areas. The Labyrinth of Onzozo is a Rise of the Zilart area accessed from Buburimu Peninsula. The remaining three maps that Heorot has not picked up yet are Wings of the Goddess areas. Now that his atlas has been sufficiently updated, Heorot takes the exit at E-9 to Al Zahbi.
