Finished my setup affer having to run out and get a step bit because I'm a dingus. Had to move the ambient probe closer to the charcoal bin for my first cook because the brisket was so big I was getting incorrect Temps!
Opening the box of the BBQ Guru ultraq with what turned out to be the green egg install kit. Bummed that I got the wrong kit, but it worked out in the end.
super ghetto right now, but plants seem to be growing ok. kinda just wanted to document this point in time now that I've rearranged the plants a bit for better support and to help the little guys catch up.
Quick look to show the placement of holes for a probe port gasket and the bbq guru ultraq. they don't have to be in these spots, but this does make them out of the way. I didn't want the probe port above the grill grate.
