Angina pain is often caused by stress and hypertension which cause your heart muscle and blood vessels to constrict and restrict blood flow. Learning a simple but effective angina chest pain meditation which you can do quickly and easily can be quite helpful to you. It will serve as yet another tool that you can use to deal with your chest pain. If you have more serious chest pain issues requiring a medical doctors assistance you can still use your angina chest pain meditation right along with whatever your doctor wants you to do.
