生醉大闸蟹应该算是江浙沪包邮区的特色做法了,蟹肉鲜甜,蟹黄如海胆一般,有较浓重的黄酒香味。个头选用2.5两左右,越大越好。
在发布视频前我也找过国内的相关论文,中心思想就是 醉蟹在腌渍液中浸泡24小时,就已经无菌检出了,但是得保证大闸蟹是干净的
