You will never go back to traditional pecan pie after this. I make it every Thanksgiving. It's everything traditional pecan pie wants to be; crunchy, gooey, crumbly, topped with ice cream, and most importantly loaded with pecans. I hate when you get a pecan pie and its mostly that gooey egg mixture. Technically it's a tart but this is loaded with pecans and flavor! Chef Note: The maple syrup isn't just flavoring if you don't have any, replace with another liquid sugar like honey or corn syrup if you have to.
First we made pasta dough, then we learned how to roll out pasta dough, now learn how to make one of the most beloved pastas of all time; Ravioli. These are classic cheese but ravioli has endless possibilities that are only limited by your imagination. Fill them with meat, mushrooms, pumpkin, egg yolks, the sky is the limit. JUST REMEMBER NO AIR BUBBLES AND YOU WILL BE FINE. Also consider if the filling needs to be cooked before going into the pasta. Be better than Chef Boyardee.

Mr.Huggins started the culinary program at my alma mater, Nutley High School, in 2004 and has been teaching there ever since. The program he started, along with John Gulardo, was the first time I had formal culinary training. In these strange times for schooling, I was wondering how they were doing, and was so excited when he agreed to an interview. Join us as we talk about how he got started, what it’s like teaching cooking class virtually, and some great stories, who knows you might be in one! ?

I see a lot of meal prep videos with boneless skinless chicken breast and I've always been about the thighs. They stay juicer for longer and you can buy them with the skin and bone in for cheaper than boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs; you're literally paying less for more!
