This report looks at the future upcoming Arch of Palmyra display, set for the Hague, at the International Criminal Court, ICC, located in the Hague Netherlands from 10-17-18 through 11-07-18. This report will show the possible future location of where the Arch could be located and ritually oriented. If the arch is in fact eventually placed where observations suggest it will be placed, then its Hague location and orientation will be a key clue as to what and or where the alignment reaches once placed into position. This final alignment determination cannot be made until the Arch is placed into its factual and historical location, while at the International Criminal Court. Once placed into position, it will communicate a coded message, observed in the code and in the physical locations observed in this report.
