According to the report, the first trading company on the exchange will deposit gold with Vault, after which the Vault manager will issue an electronic gold receipt in exchange for the gold. From five grams to one kilogram of gold can be traded. This exchange will be followed by the Gold Spot Exchange which will be regulated by SEBI. It will be traded through the Gold Spot Exchange. 22000 tons of gold has fallen in Indian homes which is inactive. Experts say India consumes 800 to 900 tonnes of gold a year. He has been invited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inaugurate the exchange in Gift City. Sources at the International Financial Services Center (IFSC) said the exchange would operate at the Pragya Tower in Gift City, built by the ATS-Savvy Group.
