Dealing with hunger. Have a fruit to break the fast - not the big meal.
It will help you push your main meal to later. The later meal will make you less hungry.
Still keep eating healthy. Keep your caloric intake low.

So far I lost 39 pounds following Intermittent Fasting diet. It means that I fast most of the day. I drink coffee, tea and water and nothing else. At noon or so I eat for an hour and that is my first and last meal of the day. It wasn't easy at first, but it's a new norm for me now.
