So the hatching started right after I finished the video and went up to the house last night. We were able to come down and see the first 5 or 6 hatch over the next few hours.
The video starts with showing what I saw from the camera when I first got up in the morning and a few shots of when i went down to see them in person.
We moved the 16 birds to the brooder after 8 pm since they started hatching just after 9 pm the night before. I still have 10 eggs in the incubator but I am not sure if any more will hatch at this point.
I have a few splay leg and I am going to wait and see if they are able to get up moving on their own. If I lose them that is what happens.
It is amazing how small they are.

5 new Bottles of apple pie and 14 bottles of a dry brown sugar cider. It is really cold outside, 1 degree. so where I brew is down to 56 degrees so I am not sure how well they will carbonate.
Moved 2 of the Stephenson Honey Gingers to the fridge to cold crash. The do not have a racking date so who knows how long they where sitting there.

I made 2 more gallons of cider. One is white sugar and the other is brown sugar. They both are using Premium Cuvee as the yeast. It says it works down to 45 degrees so we will see how well it works for me since I am using around 60 degrees. Though tonight it was 64 degree so I will have to wait and see how warm it will be this summer.
