Don't Repress Your Emotions!
Nowadays, it's very hard for society to talk about emotions. From a long time, we learned from our parents that we should not feel sad, angry, rebelious, cry or anything related to that. Due to all these experiences, we learned to repress every kind of emotion we head, especially the bad ones.
Besides that, society taught us that we are rational beings. We make our decisions based on rational choices, where we evaluate every piece of information we receive based on logical evaluation. What society doesn't know is that we are purely emotional beings.
So, all this "repressive" way of handling emotions made us fearful, anxious and always expecting the worst from ourselves, the others and the world. So, my advice for you would be: don't repress your emotions.
Are you interested in knowing how to change your approach when it comes to emotions? Watch this video and find out!

What My Life Was Like 7 Years Ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbrY4YwTvfg
The Reason Why Coincidences DON'T EXIST!
"The truth is, everything in our life is linked. From the past, to the present and future - every single coincidence or accident we stumble upon is linked. No matter how small or big of a movement is, it is all about synchronicity.
Whether you feel like you are having a perfect day and everything goes smoothly, or experience a bad period in which 'a lot of coincidences happen,' the universe is sending you a message. People and things happening in an exact moment is nothing but synchronicity and, fortunately, there is a way to accept it"
(Source: http://dreamcatcherreality.com/synchronicity-happens-for-a-reason/)
During my last trip something happened that changed my life and it led me to believe and start questioning myself about coincidences and synchronicity.
Have you ever wondered and asked yourself... Do coincidences exist?
Well... I believe not. And this is exactly what I'm going to share in this video.

Sometimes, people do not perceive your value. All professionals come to the point where they need to show how much they are worth it.
In this video, I received a question from a reader telling me that the company he works for wants to get him a raise but first, they asked him to show off his value.
So, how can he possibly show off his value as a programmer? How can he build a very nice reputation by creating value and showing all of his value to his company so that he gets the raise?

I Can't Stop Working And I Can't Enjoy Life
Recently, I've faced one of the hardest times of my life when it came to keeping up motivation. If you watch my videos you've probably seen how unmotivated I became and I literally exposed myself here in the channel, which is something I do for you to realize that it can happen to anyone.
In those videos, I talked about the importance of keeping it going, even tough you're unmotivated. And how you need to keep working for you to achieve everything you want in life.
However, I think that, in life, everything needs to be balanced. In today's video I'm going to talk about work addiction.
I received an email from a reader that said that his drive couldn't stop and he couldn't enjoy anything that life has provided him. He kept going from one thing to another and he never actually found time to stop and enjoy life. He asked my opinion on this and what is the reason that he can't stop and enjoy life.
So, are you one of those people that can't seem to enjoy life and is constantly working but don't know when to stop? Watch this video, then!

"What Doesn't Kill Us" Book Review
So, as I like to say, I tend to buy some books just by reading its name. And this is exactly what happened with "What Doesn't Kill Us".
What a freaking awesome name! And what an AWESOME book! I must say I was surprised by it.
Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon:
"Our ancestors crossed deserts, mountains, and oceans without even a whisper of what anyone today might consider modern technology. Those feats of endurance now seem impossible in an age where we take comfort for granted. But what if we could regain some of our lost evolutionary strength by simulating the environmental conditions of our forebears?
Investigative journalist and anthropologist Scott Carney takes up the challenge to find out: Can we hack our bodies and use the environment to stimulate our inner biology? Helping him in his search for the answers is Dutch fitness guru Wim Hof, whose ability to control his body temperature in extreme cold has sparked a whirlwind of scientific study. Carney also enlists input from an Army scientist, a world-famous surfer, the founders of an obstacle course race movement, and ordinary people who have documented how they have cured autoimmune diseases, lost weight, and reversed diabetes. In the process, he chronicles his own transformational journey as he pushes his body and mind to the edge of endurance, a quest that culminates in a record-bending, 28-hour climb to the snowy peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro wearing nothing but a pair of running shorts and sneakers.
An ambitious blend of investigative reporting and participatory journalism, What Doesn't Kill Us explores the true connection between the mind and the body and reveals the science that allows us to push past our perceived limitations."
