Note, I think base protocol long term will probably be a good token, but due to the way it was launched, it needs some time to marinate and grow up. If you managed to get in early, you could have booked some seriously huge gains in literally 4 days.

I watched a PulseChain Podcast discussion and apparently the box is going to fix the ratios on uniswap v2 by 1,000,000x as opposed to 10,000x. I think this presents us with an opportunity to get cheap pulse tokens. But it also means that the original price entry in the sacrifice phase sucked.
I don't think Richard Heart is timing the launch of Pulse Chain. In my opinion he did not time the launch of HEX, so it doesn't make sense why he would try to time the launch of Pulse Chain.
